From a Distance Part II

One of my four readers writes:

And I have to say that I don't like Bette's song, From A Distance as I always thought of it as too sappy.

Too sappy? But honey, Bette delivers sap with such style and art that it works. Unlike, say, hmm, let me think...Celine Dion?

Oh now you crossed a line! Celine Dion sings songs of love and friendship and adoration in a style all her own... and although I am a fan of Bette, I must say that I have always found Celine's approach much more satisfying. If you need more proof, I suggest you contact Chuck Taylor at Billboard. Okay, and I feel betta.
