UPDATE: Thanks for the suggestions to get rid of the beard, which I actually did not long after the photo here was taken. And the Monday morning surprise is: my boss likes it. I will, however, go back to being salt n peppa. But I will try to have more fun as a blonde in the meantime.
A new look...well, it's not like I left the LTR for a 20 year old and traded in the Jeep Liberty for a convertible. Still I'm not sure. And the LTR hates it.

Shave the goatee and we are going shopping for something to go with your new color. As far as I am concerned, you are going back to natural. You were a blond when you were a boy!
My first thought is that you look like a bouncer. A really smart bouncer.
At that length, you're going to have to dye it every other day. If you want to fool people, you've got to dye the goatee and eyebrows, too.
Personally, I thought you looked fine with brown hair, but you do what makes you happy.

I always thought you were going gray about as gracefully as it's possible to do, what with that beautiful shock of pure gray at the front....very sexy and unusual.
