Excellent! I work in a bookstore and far too often people will come in, ask for a book "by that guy ... about that thing ... with that character..." and I just point back to the upper level and say, "It's over there."
Some people just don't have any sense of humor, do they? I'm always telling the waiter, "Hi, I'm Gilahi and I'll be your customer tonight", and they never laugh.
