Maybe he'll go to Australia and they'll have some obscure law that'll allow his arrests and execution, speeding up his shock at who is and is not in hell. 9I, likewise, think his biggest shock will be the lack of critical knowledge of what heaven is actually like.

Word is that the funeral will be held in Perth, Australia. Phelps and his kind won't be taken here, if not by the authorities then by the citizens.
In short, if he comes here, he might not come back. :)
