Tomorrow we unveil the first of two weekly features on Scott's Take. Tune in tomorrow for "Wednesday Workout" a regular column written by the LTR who is responsible for a fitness program for me that resulted in a net loss of 50 pounds while adding inches to my chest and biceps. He's a competitive powerlifter, having set a state record in Virginia and finishing as a medalist in the Gay Games in Chicago. So you should listen to him.
